Introduction:
 
Crosslinked polyethylene insulated power cable not only has excellent electric,mechanical properties,but also has powerful resistance againest chemical corrosion,heataging and environmental stress.Its structure is simple,too.
 
Our XLPE cable can be produced according to our Factory's specification which is equivalent to IEC60502.We can design and manufacture special XLPE cable according to the other standards,required by the customers. 
 
Construction:
 

Number of cores: 1 .2.3.4.5,3+1,3+2,4+1 cores

Relative manufacturing standards: IEC60505, BS, DIN.
 
Packing: Wooden drum, steel wooden drum or as your request
 
Power Cable (structure)

-Conductor:

Solid or stranded copper or aluminum

-Insulation:
Cross-linked polyethylene( XLPE or PVC)

-Circuit Identification:
The insulation shall be red, black

-Filler:
Polypropylene lament with lapped binding tape

-Inner Sheath:
Polyvinyl chloride (Black)


-Core-covering:
Binding tape

-Outer Sheath:
Polyvinyl chloride (Black)

-Application: for laying indoor,tunnel,canal and underground.
 
Using features
 
1. The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90oC. In short-circuit (Max. Long term is no more than 5 seconds). The highest temperature for conductor is no more than 250 degrees.
2 . D.C Resistance of the conductor complies with the stipulations of GB/T3956-1997.
3 . The environment temperature should be no lower than 0 when lay. Otherwise it should be preheate d.
4.The cable is laid without horizontal drop limit. The Min. Bending radius of three core cable should be no smaller than 12 times of cable outer diameter.
5.. Working Frequency Voltage Test:.
For cable with Uo of 3.6kv~18kV: 3.5Uo/5min without puncture.
6 . Partial Discharge Test: The discharge volume should be no more than 10pC under 1.73Uo for the cable.
