• B230 Aluminum, 1350-H19 Wire for Electrical Purposes
• B231 Aluminum 1350 Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded
• B609 Aluminum 1350 Round Wire, Annealed and Intermediate Tempers, for Electrical Purposes
UD TRXLP Cable is manufactured to the latest edition of the following specifications, and
in case of specification conflicts, in the order listed:
• ANSI/ICEA S-94-649
• AEIC CS-8
• UL1072, When Specified
Construction
Conductors: Bare, annealed copper per ASTM B-3, aluminum compact conductor.
Internal semiconductor: Screen over the conductor, made of thermosetting semiconductor material.
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)/Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), in dry atmosphere catenary tube, through a triple layer extrusion process.
External semiconductor: Screen over the insulation, made of thermosetting and strippable semiconductor material.
Metallic screen: Screen of copper wires.
External sheath: PVC, red or black color.LLDPE
Temperature Range: -40°C to +90/105°C
Voltage Rating: 5KV 8KV 15KV 25KV 35KV
