We usually quote within 6 hours after we receive your inquiry. If you need the price urgently, please call us or inform us in your email so that we can prioritize your inquiry.
(2). How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Once the price is confirmed, you can request samples to evaluate our quality. Samples are free, but the freight charge must be covered by you.
(3). How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. They will be sent via express and should arrive within 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have one.
(4). What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the time of year you place your order. Our best record is delivering 10 kilometers of cable within a week. Generally, we recommend starting inquiries two months in advance of your desired delivery date.
