2. Product Introduction:

Our products epitomize advanced technology and reliable quality. Our main manufacturing equipment includes
the ROYLE90 plastic extruder, the rubber continuous vulcanizing process, the interlocked armoring machine by CEECO, Canada, and
the continuous sintering process from GRILLER, Austria, the Nokia cross-linked cable process, and the advanced continuous annealing
process and tinning process, etc. We produce cables and coil end lead wires for submersible
oil pumps or pump units in various types and specifications. The cross-section of the conductor is 42mm² and below. The well
temperature ranges from 50ºC to 180ºC, with a maximum continuous working temperature of the conductor at 204ºC. Insulation materials include
PP, EPR, polyimideF46, fluoroscopic, XLPE, etc. Inner jacket materials include NBR, neoprene-PVC compounds, EPR,
fluoroplastics, and lea. The outer sheath materials include galvanized steel tape, stainless steel tape, etc. We develop all kinds of submersible
oil pump cables according to customer requirements.
