1. ConstructionConductors: Flexible Class 5, compliant with SANS 1411-1, made from tinned annealed copper wires with a left lay. Insulation: Ethylene propylene thermosetting compound type RD 3, compliant with SANS 1411-3.
Core of Cable Three tinned copper/nylon braid screened power cores and one unscreened pilot core arranged in a right-hand lay around a rubber (RD1) filler center.
Inner SheathPoly-chloroprene thermosetting compound type RS 6, compliant with SANS 1411-3.
ReinforcementAn open nylon braid with a minimum of 16 nylon strings.
Outer SheathPoly-chloroprene thermosetting compound type RS 6, compliant with SANS 1411-3. The inner and outer sheath are bonded to provide optimal torsional protection, in black.

Designed for electrically driven machines and movable electric apparatus in hazardous areas. Suitable for small pumps, fans, drills (2.5 mm²) and shuttle cars (16 mm²). Types 16 and 25 mm² are ideal for reeling applications.
Standard cable lengths of 1000m on drums. Other packaging and delivery options available upon request.
